Read Me…NOW!
August 11th, 2009 by admin

“Agile Agreements” is designed as an open resource.

While it is owned and operated by Regina Mullen of Legal Data Services, LLC | Dialexica, the information is totally free and open for you to use.

We will try to make sure that is apparent by citing to source any information that requires citation or attribution. Blog content, is of course, copyrighted to the person who wrote it. Guest bloggers are absolutely welcome to post. All you need is an account.

A lot of the content will come from third-parties who may want to retain IP rights to their work, so please help us by noting IP issues whenever and however they occur. Correction will occur as soon as practicable.

Dialexica is a very cool company with no website YET that’s determined to help lawyers “get it.” The website will come up after ScrumGathering. Maybe by the New Year…(which would you really prefer,–this one or more brochure-ware ?!)

Agile, that is.

And, you know what? You are warmly invited to participate. Get a blog account. Write good stuff. Link it to our site. That totally works for me!

If you can’t write good stuff, leave good comments!

If you can’t write good comments…well, then this site probably isn’t your cup of tea anyway! Spam has a half-life of “noticed” around here, so we’ll see how it goes. ( Here captcha, captcha, captcha…there’s a good boy!! )

Let’s be clear: this is a web resource. We are NOT your lawyers. We are NOT responsible for how you use the information contained on this site. We do NOT guarantee or warranty anything you might read here.

You’re smart. You’re quite possibly brilliant. Don’t think for a second we don’t know that. So, while we get this site ready with an industrial strength disclaimer, don’t do anything silly and try to rely on what’s written here without getting independent legal advice.

If you want to take this gloriously sexy site from bathroom to boardroom, be our guest…just make sure your lawyer has blessed it first!

Even if your country isn’t as litigious as the United States. Especially, if you’re writing contracts outside of the United States. We aim to be worldly and pleasant and extremely popular,–but that means you have to play your part.

Do your own due diligence. Then, come back here and report what you’ve found, so we can share your work (as anonymously as you like) with others.

Agile contracts are better contracts,–don’t forget that!

If you feel like donating a few bucks, that’s really cool. We’ll get a PayPal button up just for you, ASAP!

If you feel like donating content, Whoa, Daddy! We’re all ears (and mouses)!

If you feel like donating code; Whoa Mama! We love you!

If you feel like donating legal analysis, it might just be appropriate to talk about having your baby!

If you just want to take, take take: we get it and that’s why we’re here!

Take on us!
